Metal Bond Structure Dry Polishing Pads Instructions for Use:
① Select the appropriate grit size abrasive pad according to the surface condition of the material, using them sequentially from coarse to fine;
② Securely install the abrasive pad, start the equipment, and move it evenly against the workpiece surface at a uniform speed, maintaining a pressure of 3-5 kg;
③ After polishing each grit level, clean the surface dust, check the flatness, and then proceed to the next fine polishing level;
④ During the fine polishing stage, appropriately reduce the pressure and extend the polishing time to ensure a mirror finish.
