Aluminium Flanges
Aluminum flanges are interconnected parts between pipes and are used for the connection between pipe ends; they are also used as flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment for the connection between two equipment, such as reducer flanges.
Aluminium Backing Pads
The air tightness of the aluminium backing pads is very good. For the medium of the sealing system, the gasket will not leak for a certain period of time at the recommended temperature and pressure. This pad is compressible. After the connection bolts are fastened, the contact surfaces of the backing pads and the flange should fit well to ensure sealing.
Foam Hand Backer Pads
Foam Hand Backer Pads are designed for fitting with hand polishing sheets. They have a foam base and velcro backed for connection which makes the hand polishing work more convenient. An ergonomic and well-balanced design can reduce user fatigue, so you'll be able to sand longer and more efficiently.

Super Flexible Backer Pad
The Super Flexible Backer Pad is a soft, flexible rubber backer with a superior hook and loop to keep your pads in place. It's great for edges, all kinds of Bowl Polishing, and tight inside radiuses, among other things.
Foam Backing Pads
These are high-quality, long-lasting sandpaper foam backing pads with hook and loop closure. Between the surface and the nut on the pad is foam rubber, which conforms to the surface you're sanding.

More even distribution of pressure: Using the disc's maximum surface area helps ensure a uniform finish on every surface — even softer ones where nicks and gouges are more visible.
Reduced wear: The pad decreases the wear and tear the machine sustains, which can extend the life of both your sanding discs and your sander. Additionally, backing pads enable airflow behind the sanding disc and provide a space for debris to flow out, resulting in improved contact and more effective sanding.

What Is The Difference Between Medium And Hard Foam Backing Pads
Foam backing pads are an important component of sanding tools. The backing pad serves as a base where the sandpaper is attached securely. Foam backing pads feature a hook-and-loop design, making attachment to the backing pad easy and secure. Sanders have been configured to be balanced in line with the weight of the backing pad, giving even weight distribution.
Sanders already have lower vibrations than other sanders and the foam backing pad aids the reduction of vibration. It acts as a cushioning barrier that dulls vibrations from the machine. This in turn reduces the likelihood of more serious injuries like white finger or carpel tunnel syndrome.
Foam backing pads helps to reduce the amount of maintenance required on the sanding machine. As a protective interface between the abrasive disc and the sanding machine, the backing pad absorbs some impact of the vibrations generated from the motor which helps to prevent excessive wear and tear on the sander's internal parts.
During prolonged sanding sessions, friction between the abrasive material and the workpiece can generate heat. The backing pad acts as a buffer, dissipating some of this heat. By preventing excessive heat buildup, it helps protect the sander's components, such as the motor and gears, from overheating and potential damage.
