Specialization has greatly improved the innovation ability of stamping die enterprises, and the technical level has developed in the direction of specialization, precision, excellence and strength. Many high-tech precision stamping dies and new technologies have emerged.

 

It is reported that the stepping precision progressive die for air conditioning fins to be exhibited this time can meet the rapid switching production of five types of fin shapes, has certain flexible production characteristics, and the die level is equivalent to the international advanced level. Its high-speed batch production performance and service life are equivalent to the international advanced level, and has obtained the structural innovation patent. Compared with the international advanced level in terms of service life and main performance, the gap between many domestic precision stamping dies is becoming smaller and smaller. The overall level of some precision stamping dies is equivalent to the international advanced level.

 

They not only completely replace imports, but also export a considerable number of dies to the United States, Japan and other industrial developed countries and regions. The overall level of precision dies in China is close to the international advanced level, and a considerable number of precision dies are going abroad to participate in the world competition.
