What Are These Electroplated Hand Polishing Pads?

Crafted with electroplated diamond sheet technology, these pads bond high-grade diamond particles to a soft foam backing via nickel plating. Every diamond grain stays locked in place , delivering consistent, fast polishing on:
Stone: Granite, marble, concrete countertops
Glass: Cut edges, vase rims, window sills
Ceramics: Tile corners, dish bottoms, glaze drips
Other: Terrazzo, quartz, and engineered stone
How to Use Electroplated Hand Polishing Pads
Dry Polishing
Ideal for stone edge repairs or glass deburring :
Hold the pad firmly use the foam backing's finger grooves for grip.
Press the pad flat against the surface apply light, even pressure-too much force wastes diamonds!
Move the pad back and forth in a 2-3 inch area don't drag it across large surfaces.
Wipe away dust with a cloth every 30 seconds to check progress.

Wet Polishing Indoor/Fine Finishes
Best for ceramic tile corners or marble scratch removal reduces dust, boosts shine:
1. Dampen the surface or dip the pad in water before starting.
2. Follow the same back-and-forth motion as dry polishing-re-wet the pad/surface every 1-2 minutes.
3. Rinse the pad after use to remove debris extends lifespan!
How to Maintain Electroplated Hand Polishing Pads

Clean Promptly: Avoid Clogs That Reduce Efficiency
After every use especially wet polishing:
After wet use: Rinse the pad surface with clean water. Gently brush away stone/glass debris trapped between the diamond grains a soft-bristled toothbrush works well. Let it air-dry naturally do not expose to direct sunlight or use a hair dryer.
After dry use: Tap the pad lightly to shake off dust, or use compressed air to blow away debris avoid wiping forcefully-this can dislodge diamond particles.
Store Correctly: Prevent Backing Deformation
Never fold or stack heavy items on the pads. Store them flat in a dry, well-ventilated area like a separate compartment in your toolbox.
Keep pads of different grits stored separately. This avoids confusion between colors/grits and prevents hard particles from scratching the backing of other pads.
