Push the scrap iron cart to the machine tool or the place where waste is generated, and directly pour the scrap iron and waste into the cart hopper. Note that do not exceed the maximum capacity of the cart hopper to avoid material overflow when dumping.

If it is a foot-operated type, step on the bottom foot pedal device, and the cart hopper will automatically tilt and dump to discharge the material; if it is a handle type, pull the handle to trigger the dump mechanism to complete the unloading. Ensure there are no personnel or obstacles in the unloading area when unloading, and reset the cart hopper after unloading.

Regularly clean the residual materials in the cart hopper, check the connection parts of the dump mechanism. If loose screws or worn parts are found, tighten or replace them in time to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
